We were delighted to have Frank with us again for our 28th production, Beauty and The Beast. A man with a wealth of experience, Frank has been with the Society since its formation in 1984 and has been directing our musicals since 1988.
Good on ya, Frank!
He was nominated for the 2010 AIMS award of Best Director for Jesus Christ Superstar, which we staged in November 2009.
Frank has also directed shows for St. Mel’s Musical Society Longford, Castlerea Musical Society, Abbey Community College Boyle and several plays with Boyle Drama Group and Corran Players, Ballymote.
Frank also adds his own unique touch to the liturgies in St. Joseph’s Parish church every Easter and Christmas.
He has two daughters - Susan and Aileen. Susan skillfully operates our lights and has also been a committee member for many years.
Musical Director – Ann Kielty Ann Kielty
Boyle is fortunate to have an abundance of talent and this is clearly evident in our Musical Director, Ann Kielty. Ann has been with the Society since 1986 and year after year she coaxes the best from our cast.
As Musical Director, Chorus Mistress and Pianist Ann's work rate is amazing. We were lucky to have her with us again for Beauty and The Beast.
Bravo, Ann!
